Mick earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Prior to joining the team, he worked as an EMT, providing care to patients in high-acuity settings that further strengthened his commitment to helping others. Outside of work, Mick enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly camping and fishing.
