COVID-19 Statement

Important Update
We are vaccinated!
—————

Coronavirus has caused upheaval in all of our lives, but at Southern California TMS Center, our mission remains unchanged. Our priority is the health of our patients, in all aspects, with mental health being an essential part.

“There is no health without mental health”, so we remain committed to providing the essential TMS treatment that our patients need.

The stresses of social distancing, isolation, and economic devastation in these times make mental health treatment all the more essential. Emotional distress from the pandemic will affect many times more people than the actual infection.  The CDC recommends that patients “continue with their treatment and be aware of new or worsening symptoms.”  For this reason, we have remained open to serve the needs of our patients.  We have enhanced our protocols to allow for safe TMS treatment that protects both patients and staff.  These changes include:

  • Daily temperature and health screening for patients and staff
  • Facial coverings on everyone in our office
  • Additional PPE utilized by all staff, including gloves and sanitizers
  • Disinfecting TMS machines between each treatment
  • Scheduling that minimizes time on site
  • Administrative staff working from home
  • Virtual physician consultations

TMS treatment can transform lives, bringing back the vitality stolen by depression. We are committed to providing a safe environment in which our patients can receive this care.  All of our staff remain dedicated to your wellness and are coming in each day to continue our mission.  In addition to the above precautions, we will continue to provide the highest level of care available.

The road ahead is still uncertain, but we will continue to be here for you as we all get through this challenging time.
