Anthony Lucero, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Loma Linda University. He brings broad clinical experience as a practitioner across inpatient psychiatry, emergency and critical care settings, and outpatient psychiatric services, including workers’ compensation. Outside of practice, he also serves in administration within a doctoral graduate nursing program, supporting program development, clinical coordination, and the preparation of future nurse practitioners. His background also includes service as a charge nurse in an inpatient adolescent psychiatric hospital, as well as faculty in undergraduate nursing education.
Anthony is passionate about providing care that is both compassionate and evidence-based. He believes in meeting people where they are, using treatment approaches that help patients regain stability, build resilience, and move toward lasting recovery. His goal is to support long-term mental wellness while helping each patient develop the tools they need to thrive.
